For customers on Professional and Enterprise plans, we provide service level guarantees as specified in your subscription agreement. Details are available upon request.

• Immediately, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms
• Upon your request to close your account
• For non-payment of fees
• If we cease providing the Service

10. Limitation of Liability
